Key Lime Infused India Pale Ale. This west coast style IPA has a mesmerizing hop aroma held together with a sturdy malt backbone. Then we added some key limes to give it an exotic, twist. The Key lime is smaller, seedier, has higher acidity, stronger aroma, and a thinner rind. It is typically valued for its unique flavor compared with other limes and is delicious in an IPA. Cheers!
