A collaboration with our neighbors, Catalina Brewing Company. This beer has a deep crimson hue brought to life by using BestMälz Red X Malt for the base. Then it was brewed and heavily dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, the beer is incredibly citrus-forward, rounded out with notes of biscuit and toffee from the malt bill. We hope you’ll find this delicious Red IPA to be quite satisfying, because we sure do.
