We started with an English brown ale then added orange peel, organic cacao powder, and a touch of allspice. Then we blended it with an amber ale and a stout and put that blend into Whiskey Del Bac Dorado Barrels for four months. It really made it all come together adding light smoke, oak and whiskey flavors and aromas. Happy Holidays!
