Aged for over 2 months. During its time in the darkness of the barrels it picks up the character of the spirit that was in the barrel previously, an intensely smoky scotch whisky made with barley malted over a peat fire created on the island of Islay, Scotland. Just like with spirits the angels took their share, i.e. evaporation. This is a smooth sipping beer with complex characters and just like the spirit it will divide opinions, you will either love it or hate it.
