Aged for 6 months. During its time in the darkness of the barrels it picks up the character of the red wine barrel and the French oak as well. Mixing the dark fruit flavors of the St. Barbs Dubbel and the fruitiness of the red wine barrels from Santa Barbara Winery, this deceptively smooth beer becomes even more smooth and refreshing.
