Harvest Ale is a unique beer brewed using Alabama-grown indgredients. The Cascade and Chinook hops were cultivated in Mobile at the Auburn University Ornamental Horticulture Research Center and picked fresh for use in this beer. The barley was farmed in Alabama and was malted by Old South Malt House in Cullman.
