A collaboration with Mad Chef Craft Brewing out of Lancaster, PA. Majority hop character is from Centennial, along with Cascade & Columbus. Dry hopped twice with Cascade & Centennial. Identical recipe brewed with Made Chef at their facility in PA, where one of our former brewers is now serving as head brewer.
