The Kindler is a hop forward Pale brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe, then topped off with a dry hop of Mandarina Bavaria, Motueka, and finally more Simcoe. With a grist bill of 2 row, White Wheat and Carafoam it is a well-built example of an Australian Style Pale Ale.
