An homage to our head brewer's 4-legged pal, as far as the name goes. Also served as his (Eddie) last recipe build, and the kickoff to us experimenting with new hop varieties. 1# of dry hopping per barrel. Equinox dominates with pineapple-like fruit character. Willamette and Nugget on board as well. Sticky hop character that lingers considerably.
