Inspired by Nick and Kristen's daughter, this farmhouse-style ale is brewed with Spring flowers and matured in Sauternes barrels with select Brettanomyces strains. Cassidy is brewed each Spring, bottled the following Spring with honey from her Grandpa's hive, and released around her birthday.
