Golden ale brewed with love for our neighborhood, Brookside! Utilizing the finest pilsner malt and accented with German grown Spalter Select and Hallertau Blanc hops. Fermented at an unusually low temperature with a classic West coast ale yeast to produce an almost lager-like beer. Subtle notes of Sauvignon Blanc grape, fresh cut flowers, layered against a crisp, clean, crackery finish.
