Aroma: A prominent to intense hop aroma featuring characteristics of American hops specifically Amarillo. Bringing notes of citrus, resinous pine, peach and papaya.
Appearance: Gold in color. Relatively clear, although being an unfiltered dry-hopped beer it may be a bit hazy. Medium-sized, white to off-white head with good persistence.
Flavor: Hop flavor is medium to high, and reflects an American hop character, such as citrus, pine, resinous, and tropical fruit. Medium-high hop bitterness. Malt flavor is low and is clean and grainy-malty. The bitterness and hop flavor may linger into the aftertaste but are not harsh.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light to medium body, with a smooth texture. Medium carbonation. No harsh hop-derived astringency.
