Bitter Brothers Black Sheep

Aroma: Moderate to moderately low bready, biscuity, and toasty malt aroma with mild coffee roastiness, and a slight chocolate quality.

Appearance: Dark brown almost black in color, with notes of ruby highlights when held up to light. Good clarity, although may approach being opaque. Moderate off-white to light tan head with good retention.

Flavor: Moderate bready, biscuity, and toasty malt flavor includes a moderate coffee roastiness and light chocolate notes. With a caramel, nutty, and/or toffee character.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation and a creamy texture.
