Inspired by our brewer’s love of Mexican culture and passed trips to Mexico, he created this milk stout with Mexican chocolate in mind. Unfermentable lactose sugar is added to the boil giving the beer a milky creaminess. Cocoa nibs, cinnamon, and ancho chillis provide just the right hints of spice character common in Mexican chocolate. Quaff the chocolatey goodness by the pint or by the fire. Salud!
