Snake Bite, a delicious mash-up of cider and craft beer. We co-fermented our citrus blonde ale with fresh crisp apple juice from the Pacific Northwest, fermented it dry with Saison yeast, and topped it off with a Cascade dry hop. We promise this beer is like nothing you've tried before. Cheers!
