We examined what we already had in stock, and decided on a Bohemian Pilsner recipe. Partially because it pushed us to be a little bohemian in our art of brewing at OCB. Bohemian refers to being socially unconventional, like the required processes for our brewery such as a decoction mash and our 1st lager, even more so, for the style as we used American hops. The name was created by patrons and staff as not only a nod to Queen, but to Bad Tom Smith as he was socially unconventional and clearly got a Bad Rhap.
Heads up! Bad Rhap may not be available near you. Follow this beer to get notified when it's available nearby, try searching in a different area, or discover some similar beer.
