The rocky beige head on this beauty harmonizes with aromas of mint, toasted bread, and caramel. The flavor starts with a sweet caramel that lasts all the way to the back of the throat. Earthy and herbal hops appear in the middle of the sip but are clearly playing second fiddle in this symphony. A slight hop bitterness helps clean the palate but there is still a noticeable lingering sweetness. This beer wears many hats, much like Sir Churchill himself.
