Ayinger Jahrhundert Bier

This light export beer of golden color was first brewed in 1978 for the 100th anniversary of our brewery. There is no mistaking the slight smell of yeast and honey. In Antrunk it is spicy and full-bodied, the main trunk mild and soft with a fine recency. In the finish it sounds with a well-matched bitterness from beautiful soft and round. It is a particularly harmonious and drinkable beer that emphasizes the delicious, earthy quality of vermälzten barley. Our century-beer in 2009, the Oeko-Test award for the best beer (Öko-Test magazine, August 2009).
