Tripelocity pours a pale, straw like color and is very well balanced, despite the traditionally higher ABV. Low hop bitterness, with a touch of sweetness paves the way for the specialized yeast to really shine. Notes of pepper, clove and citrus in the forefront; with a fruity cider-like quality in the finish.
