The Margo Rita Gosé is our first Gosé, and it's our rendition of the classic, warm, fermented beer that originated in Goslar, Germany. We brewed the Margo Rita Gosé with a 50/50 blend of malted wheat and Pilsen malt, and we included lime juice, tequila-soaked oak chips and Himalayan sea salt. The sea salt helps create the classic combination of sour, salty and sweet!
