In honor of the 20th anniversary of the classic film Face/Off, we decided to have two of our favorite yeasts face off in a battle for beer supremacy. Sacch Trois and London III duke it out in this delicious concoction that co stars El Dorado, Centennial, and Amarillo in the dry hop. The best of both worlds combine for an drinking experience that's sure to please both the Sean Archers and the Castor Troys of the world.
