Brewed for the 30th anniversary of Toronado San Francisco. Single hopped with Simcoe, we made it shine through in new ways with the fermentation character of a very expressive yeast blend. A doughy firm malt base of 100% Mecca Grade Pelton estate malt provides a doughy balance, and soft texture.
