West coast-style hoppy nectar! Fermented with a nuetral ale yeast strain we've put all the focus on a new experimental hop variety from Australia called Vic's Secret. Then threw in some good old American Cascade into the mix to experience the interplay between the two. You will find new world fruity notes with classic grapefruit and pine characters in this dry moderately bitter IPA.
