A hazy Pale Ale with a unique hopping process. We've added hops at four different intervals throughout the brew facilitate biotransformation between yeast and hop oils to create complex tropical flavors and aromatics. We've selected high thiol hops consisting of New Zealand Riwaka, Oregon Strata and Mosaic lupulin powder to bring an intense passionfruit dankness that's supported by a medley of raw oats and wheat in the mash for a soft, smooth texture.
