A foray into the Culinary IPA realm, this beer was fermented with an expressive yeast strain that drives a fruity ester profile coupled with a monstrous addition of strawberry puree. After a light dry hopping of Mosaic, we've then added a touch of milk sugar and vanilla beans for a creamy body and mouthfeel.
