Hazy IPA fermented with a hybrid ale / lager yeast that brings subtle, white wine-like esters and squeezes out the aroma and flavor hops quite nicely. Hopped abundantly with Nelson Sauvin, Strata, and Citra, fermentation character leaves a creamy finish.
