Intense notes of passion fruit & pineapple on the nose sets the stage for an onslaught of hops on the palate, contributing candy-like melon, tangerine, and grape flavors from South African Southern Passion, El Dorado, and Idaho 7. A blend of heirloom British base malts were used for a super creamy, soft texture and a highly attenuative yeast strain sets it up for a dry finish.
