Helles or "Hell" is arguably the most refreshing beer style in the world, famous for it's quenching ability and omnipresence in Bavarian beer gardens. This recipe won Gold at the 2019 Steinbeck Homebrew Competition and was brewed as a collaboration with the creator, local homebrewer Tor Roberts.
