Alvarado Street Brewery Chop & Scrape

This isn't your standard BBA stout with vanilla added. This imperial stout was aged in a single vanilla extract bourbon barrel for 20 months, and further conditioned on Tahitian and Ugandan vanilla beans at a rate of one and a half pounds per ten gallons. That's about 1.5 vanilla beans per pour. Recklessly decadent in every sense!
