A Belgian golden ale brewed with local Orange Blossom honey from Mockabees Apiary. Named after its pronounced floral character - notes of jasmine and fresh roses intertwine with the delicate fruit notes from the yeast. Strong in ABV but very smooth, and very dry, despite a perceived sweetness from the aroma.
