Thanks to our hoaloha, or friends, at Maui Brewing for providing some island inspiration! For this collaboration, we brewed a hoppy pale ale with authentic Koshihikari rice along with fruit-forward Galaxy hops, resulting in a tropical bounty of passionfruit, citrus, and mango flavors.
