A wild-fermented, very hoppy red IPA with a pleasantly malty Maris Otter backbone to balance the generous helping of hops. (Brewed with Nugget, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, and Idaho #7 hops; then dry-hopped in the fermenter with Centennial and Cascade.)
