The second beer in our Whimsical Series is a Wild Pale Ale dry-hopped with noble hops. It was fermented with 100% Brettanomyces yeast, which imparted earthy and fruity notes.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with chicken wings, pork belly, washed rind cheeses or grilled pineapple.
