Able Moon Ripper

Moon Ripper was designed around the dry-hopping combination of Jarrylo, Loral, and Simcoe hops, which give Moon Ripper lots of citrus, melon, pear, and berry flavors with just a small touch of pine and pepper notes to keep it interesting. The malts give the beer a nice, rich and soft flavor, that makes Moon Ripper easy to drink, and really satisfying. We figured it was the perfect time of year for a killer summer pale ale - Crush it, and on to the next one.
