Brewed with honey and aged in small batch bourbon barrels, with a combination of pale and caramel malts and lots of raw honey from South Louisiana. The caramel malts and honey give the beer a sweet and full bodied flavor. After fermentation and aging the beer is transferred into the bourbon barrels. The result is full bodied pale ale that brings out the sweet flavors from the malt and honey and the warming flavors of vanilla and oak from the barrels.
