Nitrajoe is all about the coffee. It's jam-packed full of coffee flavor without any of that typical bitterness. How do we do it? We add absurd quantities of our specially designed Colectivo Coffee roast to a rich stout, and wait for it... bottle it with nitrogen. Few breweries can achieve this alchemical wizardry, but we love the way it rounds out the coffee's sharp edges and imparts a smooth, luscious mouthfeel. #Science.
