Crushed utilizes estate Frontinac Gri grape skins fresh out of the press and immediately steeped in boiled wort in our coolship. It received the full lager treatment with cool fermentation, and many weeks of lagering time. Only made once a year during grape harvest so enjoy this seasonal offering while you can.
